I founded Fernland.com in the late 90s, invented the world’s first web app to detect dissatisfaction in 2010, the world’s first algorithm to explain and predict viral memes in 2011, and authored the WH Smith UK bestselling book ‘Going Viral’ in 2016.
I research Marketing at the University of Melbourne, and am a director at Deloosh Content Marketing Agency.
My research on consumer psychology has been published in the world’s leading scientific journals, and widely reported in the media, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Scientific American, to name a few.
